Arturo is the CEO of Clara Foods, a food-biotech company making real protein without using any animals. Clara is developing performance protein products including the world’s first animal-free egg white. Clara Foods leverages advanced fermentation to brew proteins that are cleaner, greener, and kinder. Prior to founding Clara Foods, Arturo served under Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Credit Suisse. Arturo holds a degree in Government and Comparative Politics from Harvard University.
